Strada is the development manager for the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association on their new arena project in San Francisco, which encompasses 12 acres in San Francisco’s Mission Bay neighborhood. The project envisions an 18,000-seat arena with structured parking, a new team office and practice facility, and additional office and retail uses. Strada negotiated the acquisition of the land and led the successful entitlement efforts on the site. Official groundbreaking for the new arena, named Chase Center, took place in January 2017.

The Warriors are making an unprecedented, $1 billion-plus investment in San Francisco. We’re the only sports team in America doing this all with private funds, on private land, with no public subsidy.
