Strada is working with Forest City Enterprises (NYSE: FCE.A, NYSE: FCE.B) on Pier 70, a 2.5 million square-foot mixed-use redevelopment project on 25 acres of Port-controlled land on San Francisco’s southeast waterfront. Strada is working on all aspects of this complex public-private partnership, including entitlement strategy, the ground lease and development agreements with the Port, the infrastructure financing strategy for horizontal phases of the project and regulatory approvals with the myriad of local, state and federal agencies.

The Pier 70 Project envisions up to 1,800 residential units, 250,000 square feet of rehabilitated historic buildings, light manufacturing/artist studios, and a 9 acres of waterfront parks. The design has been greatly community-driven and is geared toward creating a neighborhood-centric waterfront that will become an asset to the surrounding areas.
