Strada partnered with a publicly-traded REIT to develop Uber Technologies’ new office headquarters. The project is adjacent to the Chase Center, home to the Golden State Warriors.
As part of the acquisition of the larger Chase Center site, Strada negotiated the acquisition of the land and led all aspects of the entitlement efforts. Strada then managed the development of the two office buildings.
Given the scale, complexity and public interest in the arena and office development project, Strada led a comprehensive community engagement process from conception through design, entitlement and construction.
