Strada is partnered with a publicly-traded REIT to manage entitlements for redevelopment of the 44-acre Shops at Tanforan site adjacent to the San Bruno BART station. The redevelopment plan includes 2 million sqft of life science and office space, along with more than 1,000 homes and over 330,000 sqft of retail/entertainment space.
Strada is leading the entitlement process, including planning and CEQA approvals, a development agreement with the City of San Bruno and early site design. Strada is also guiding the residential and retail component of the project.
Project entitlements are expected to be complete in 2025.
