3068 Kilgore

In 2016 Strada acquired 3068 Kilgore Road, a more than 100,000 sqft office building in Rancho Cordova, a suburban submarket in the Sacramento metropolitan area, together with a real estate private equity firm. The building was vacant at the time of purchase, after its long-term tenant vacated in 2015, and had deferred maintenance under the prior owner. Upon acquisition, Strada implemented a targeted plan to improve the building, knowing that large blocks of space were rare in the region.

In December 2018, Strada executed a full-building lease with California’s Department of General Services for the building to be occupied by California’s Department of Justice. Strada then sold the fully-leased building in a deal that closed in October 2019.
