Mission Bay Block 40

In 2011, Strada was engaged to work on the planning, design, and entitlement approval of a 3.4-acre site in Mission Bay known as Block 40. After successfully entitling the site for 680,000 square feet of flexible office and life science entitlements, the project was sold to a major publicly traded office REIT and subsequently developed.
