Mission Bay Campus Project

Strada worked with a major tech company in 2011 on the planning, design, and entitlement of a major corporate campus on property it had acquired in the Mission Bay neighborhood of San Francisco. The initial strategy involved the development of a 2 million sqft mixed-use headquarters office on 14 waterfront acres. The tech company ultimately pivoted to an urban campus model in downtown San Francisco and the Mission Bay land was subsequently sold to the Golden State Warriors.
