Strada entered into an agreement with a private equity partner to redevelop 2175 Market Street, a former gas station. Strada successfully led the entitlement process and obtained approval for an 85-unit apartment project with approximately 7,000 square feet of ground floor retail along Market Street, 45 below grade parking spaces and a LEED Platinum rating.
The residential building is now complete and offers both market-rate and affordable rental units in San Francisco's vibrant Upper Market neighborhood.
