Spanning more than 60,000 square feet, the site ranks among the largest development opportunities in the neighborhood and is poised to accommodate a 370-unit, 20-story residential tower with sweeping views, best-in-class amenities, and a highly efficient construction program.
Strada has secured as-of-right entitlement approvals and advanced predevelopment design and engineering to validate program assumptions and establish full vertical development costs. Construction drawings are on track for completion by year-end 2026, with groundbreaking anticipated in early 2027.
