198 McAllister

In late 2018, Strada was engaged as Greystar’s local development partner on a mixed-use student housing project for UC Law SF at 198 McAllister Street. The public-private project, branded the Academe at 198, offers 656 units of housing to students of UC Law SF and their higher-education partners. 

The project is 14 stories and includes a mix of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments and ground-floor, community-serving retail. Building amenities include study rooms, indoor/outdoor lounge spaces, a fitness center and a dog run. Construction on the Academe at 198 commenced in September 2020 and the project delivered in 2023.
