395 3^rd Street is a San Francisco high-rise development site on the prominent corner of 3^rd Street and Harrison Street, adjacent to Moscone Center, Yerba Buena, SFMoMa, and the Central SoMa neighborhood.  Strada acquired the site in 2021 and is redeveloping the existing parking lot into a 370-foot residential tower with 524 apartment units and 4,500 sqft of retail/restaurant space.  

The elegant building design is the product of a collaboration between the internationally renowned, Copenhagen-based architecture firm Henning Larsen and the San Francisco office of Multistudio, as well as Surface landscape design.  395 3^rd Street received entitlement approvals in June of 2023 and is currently in pre-development.
