Quincy

In 2021, Strada acquired two adjacent parcels in the Central SoMa neighborhood of San Francisco and received entitlement approvals for a 501-unit, 16-story residential building near the new Central Subway 4^th Street station.  

Quincy is designed by SCB Architects and constructed by Swinerton, with landscape design by Plural and interiors by Parisa O’Connell Interior Design.  The building will feature luxury apartment units and a wide variety of indoor and outdoor amenities, as well as on-site affordable housing units.   

Strada commenced construction in November 2022 and Quincy will deliver in early 2025.
