Chase Center

Strada was the development manager for Chase Center, home to the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association (NBA). The new arena is located in the Mission Bay district of San Francisco. The project spans more than twelve acres of the neighborhood. 

After sourcing the development site and negotiating the acquisition of the land, Strada led the successful entitlement effort and managed the site’s development. The project includes a new 18,000-seat arena with structured parking, the team office, practice facility and 680,000 square feet of additional office and retail uses. The official opening of the new arena took place in September 2019. Construction was completed on schedule and within budget in time for the 2019-2020 NBA season’s commencement.
