1455 Market

In 2010, Strada acquired 1455 Market Street, a one million-square-foot office building located at 10th and Market streets, in the Mid-Market submarket of San Francisco. The building served as a regional operations hub and data facility for owner-user Bank of America, who wanted to lease back the majority of the building and vacate portions over time.

Strada structured an off-market transaction with the bank, and then partnered with Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE: HPP), who ultimately bought out Strada’s interest in the deal.
