490 Brannan

In 2015, Strada partnered with a publicly-traded real estate investment trust and obtained an option to acquire 490 Brannan Street, a nearly 1-acre site in the prime Central SOMA neighborhood of San Francisco. Strada managed all aspects of the design and successful entitlements for a new 12-story, 185-foot-tall mixed-use building which includes ground level retail, Art PDR (including a 125-seat performance theater), a Child Care facility, 270,000 sqft office space on the upper floors and over 7,500 sqft of public open space.
