Orange County Great Park

Strada was retained to identify, structure, negotiate and implement a series of public-private partnerships for the 1,300 acre Orange County Great Park in Irvine, California. This advisory work involved negotiations with private developers, strategizing on entertainment and recreational facilities at the Park and the potential disposition of surplus properties as part of the redevelopment of the former El Toro Marine Corps Air Station.
