Centre Pointe

In 2018, Strada together with a private equity real estate firm acquired an office campus at the high profile intersection of Lennon Lane and Ygnacio Valley Road in the Shadelands submarket of Walnut Creek. The campus is comprised of six two-story buildings that total approximately 200,000 sqft of space across 12 acres.  

Understanding the demand from Owner-users for 30,000 sqft – 40,000 sqft buildings, Strada processed a condominium plan and CC&Rs on the campus to allow individual buildings to be sold separately. Three buildings have since been sold to separate Owner-users and the remaining 100,000 sqft is consolidated on half of the site to allow for maximum flexibility for future sale or lease demand.
